Well it has been ages but I did need to take time off.  More time than I thought but I did, in amongst everything that was going on take part in the Christmas Angel swap organised by Karen at Mrs.Martins Quilt Shop.
I had the most wonderful Tracee from Quilt Kitty Loves Life! as my swap partner.  I had the biggest cheesiest grin from the first parcel to the last.  LOVE everything!
Warning!! Lots of pics not many words.
 Pile of pressies

 Gorgeous star ornament
I have so many ideas for the embellishments and the fabric
Still half a box left.  They are being strictly rationed
 Beautifully stitched gift tag
My post card.  Santa pops are all gone.
Isnt this stocking just so fun.
And to prove they did get hung up.
Laughed out loud with this one.
It got hung up straight away.
This in just totally gorgeous and goes so well with our bright and funky Christmas tree.

Look, a book I dont have.  More I gotta do!
This is the bestest ever stitched gift.  I love it.
My adorable Steampunk Robin.  Isnt he a handsome guy.
An extra from Tracee.  Isnt it so much fun.  It is also hanging but I forgot to take a pic
Christmas card from Tracee
All together.  Thank you so much Tracee for a simply awesome swap and for being a thoughtful and generous swap partner.

Will do this swap again next year.

I have another post to do tomorrow for the Santa Sack Swap.  Wait till you see what I got in that one.

  4. Hi Karen - Wow, very happy that you loved everything as you know I did mine. I finished the Steampunk Robin the night before posting & thought he might just be the perfect icing on the cake for you. It was fun to do something different too. I have lost all my pics with a laptop crash so hope you don't mind if I copy yours & attribute to you for my blog post? You made everything look so good, great pics sometimes allude me. Great swap & thanks again! Tracee xx
